Erni Loosen, renowned for his pivotal role in elevating German Riesling, is venturing into Burgundy with the launch of Perron de Mypont. This new project represents a significant expansion of Loosen’s winemaking endeavors, introducing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay expressions from some of Burgundy’s most esteemed terroirs. Collaborating with Manoël Bouchet, Loosen aims to craft wines that honor the region’s rich heritage while incorporating his signature minimalist approach to winemaking.
